Hollow Body

A really good work out for your abs is the hollow body hold. This exercise gets you stronger for your handstands. You have to make sure you do it right. Your feet and calves (if your thighs are off the ground, thats a bonus) shouldn't touch the ground, at the exact same time your head and shoulders should be lifted off the ground. Hold this position for 1 minute. Take a 30 second break, and repeat.
